Getting There

  • Public Transport - Bus

    If you are starting from the city center, head to the nearest bus stop. Take bus number 33 from the 'Trg Republike' stop. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes until you reach the 'Bulevar kneza Aleksandra Karađorđevića' stop. Once you get off the bus, walk about 10 minutes up the boulevard towards the direction of the Royal Palace, which will be on your left. Look for the large gates and the beautiful gardens surrounding the palace.

    If you are close to the city center, you can walk to the Royal Palace. Start at 'Trg Republike' and head southeast on 'Knez Mihailova' street. Continue straight until you reach 'Terazije', then turn left onto 'Bulevar kralja Aleksandra'. Walk along this boulevard for about 30 minutes. After passing 'Hala Pionir', continue straight until you reach 'Bulevar kneza Aleksandra Karađorđevića'. The Royal Palace will be on your right, surrounded by its gardens.

    From 'Trg Republike', head to the tram stop and take tram number 2 heading towards 'Kopaonik'. After about 10 minutes, get off at the 'Kralja Milana' stop. Walk 10 minutes from the bus stop to the Royal Palace, which will be on your left.
