Walking
If you are starting from the center of Stari Grad, head towards Knez Mihailova Street. Walk along Knez Mihailova Street until you reach the intersection with the street called Sava Mala. Turn left onto Sava Mala and continue walking until you see a sign for Kosancicev venac. Follow the signs, as it will lead you to Male stepenice, where Kosancicev venac is located. The walk should take approximately 15-20 minutes.

You can take a tram from the nearest tram stop which is located on Knez Mihailova Street. Board Tram Line 2 or 5, which are heading towards the direction of Kosancicev venac. Get off at the stop named 'Trg Republike'. From there, walk towards the direction of the National Theatre and then head towards the nearby Male stepenice street, which will lead you directly to Kosancicev venac. The total travel time, including waiting for the tram, will be around 25-30 minutes. Please note that a single tram ticket costs around 89 RSD.
