Getting There

  • Car

    From the center of Bor, head southeast on the main road (Timočka) towards Zaječar. Continue on this road for approximately 14 kilometers. You will pass through the town of Zajecar. After Zajecar, look for signs indicating Gamzigrad. Turn left onto the road leading to Gamzigrad. Felix Romuliana will be located on your right-hand side after about 3 kilometers. There is a parking lot available near the entrance.

  • Public Transportation

    From the center of Bor, head to the main bus station (Autobuska stanica). Look for buses heading towards Zaječar. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Zaječar bus station, transfer to a local bus or taxi that goes to Gamzigrad. The local bus will drop you off near the entrance of Felix Romuliana. Expect to spend around 200 RSD for the bus fare from Bor to Zaječar and approximately 100 RSD for the local bus or taxi to Gamzigrad.

  • Taxi

    You can also opt to take a taxi directly from Bor to Felix Romuliana. This will be the most convenient but also the most expensive option. The distance is about 17 kilometers and the fare should range from 2000 to 2500 RSD depending on the taxi service. Ensure to agree on a price before starting your journey.
