From Bor, take the E75 highway towards Belgrade. It is approximately a 2-hour drive (around 165 km). Once you enter Belgrade, follow signs for the city center. Be prepared for parking fees, which may vary based on the duration of your stay.

To reach Kalemegdan by public transport, first, take a bus from Bor to the main bus station in Belgrade. Buses run frequently and the journey takes about 2.5 hours. Upon arrival at the Belgrade bus station (Banjica), you can take tram line 2 or 5 towards the city center. Get off at the 'Kalemegdan' stop. From there, it is a short walk to Kalemegdan Park and the fortress. Keep in mind that a one-way bus ticket costs around 600 RSD, and tram tickets are about 150 RSD.
