Once in Novi Sad, follow the signs to Petrovaradin. You'll need to cross the Danube River via the bridge, then turn left onto the local road leading to the Petrovaradin Fortress. The catacombs are located at '3D Svet, Hornwerk, Petrovaradin', which is near the fortress. Note that parking may be available near the fortress or along the road.
