If you are traveling by car, first navigate to the main highway leading out of Mačva. Follow the signs towards Belgrade, which is approximately a 1.5-hour drive. Once you reach Belgrade, take the exit for 'Trg republike' and follow the signs to the city center. Republic Square is located at Trg republike 3, in the Stari Grad borough. There is street parking available, but be aware that parking fees apply, typically ranging from 100 to 200 RSD per hour.

Public Transportation
To reach Republic Square using public transportation, start by taking a local bus or train from your location in Mačva to Belgrade. Buses from Mačva to Belgrade run frequently and the fare is generally around 300 RSD. Once you arrive at the main bus station in Belgrade (BAS), transfer to tram line 2 or 5, which will take you directly to Republic Square. The tram ride will take about 15 minutes. The stop for Republic Square is 'Trg republike' and from there, it's a short walk to the square located at Trg republike 3.
