If you are driving from the center of Niš, head northwest on Kralja Aleksandra Boulevard (Bulevar Kralja Aleksandra) toward Bulevar Dr Zorana Đinđića. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see Skull Tower on your right, situated at the intersection of Bulevar Dr Zorana Đinđića and Ulica 7. This area has parking available, but be sure to check for any parking fees.
