If you're in the central area of Telep, head towards the main road, Bulevar Oslobođenja. Walk along this road for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the intersection with Ulica Vojvode Stepa. Turn left onto Ulica Vojvode Stepa and continue straight. After approximately 5 minutes, you will see a sign for Choo Choo Charles on your right. It's a garden area, so keep an eye out for the entrance.
