To reach Grgeteg Monastery from the center of Novi Sad, start by heading to the main bus station located at Futoška 42. From there, you can catch a bus to the village of Grgeteg. Look for buses that are heading towards the direction of Rumenka or another nearby village, as they often pass through Grgeteg. The journey should take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Grgeteg, ask the driver to let you off near the monastery, or look for signs pointing to the Grgeteg Monastery. The monastery is situated a short walk from the bus stop.

Simply call a local taxi service or use a ride-sharing app. Inform the driver that you want to go to Grgeteg Monastery. The drive will take around 20-25 minutes depending on traffic. The taxi will drop you off right at the entrance of the monastery, making it a convenient option.

From the city center, bike towards the north along the banks of the Danube River until you reach the bridge connecting to the village of Rumenka. After crossing the bridge, follow the signs towards Grgeteg. The cycling route is approximately 10 km and should take around 40-50 minutes. Once you reach Grgeteg, look for signs directing you to the monastery.
