Getting There

• Public Bus

  From the center of Novi Sad, head to the main bus station located at Bulevar Oslobođenja 37. Look for bus number 72, which goes directly to the nearby area of Krušedol Monastery. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes. After about a 30-minute ride, get off at the 'Krušedol' stop. From the bus stop, follow the signs towards the monastery, which is about a 10-minute walk uphill along a well-marked path.

• Taxi

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Novi Sad. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Krušedol Monastery. The journey will take approximately 25-30 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your trip, or use a ride-hailing app if available.

• Bicycle Rental

  For the more adventurous, renting a bicycle is a great way to enjoy the scenery. Start from the city center and head towards the Fruska Gora National Park area. Follow the designated bike paths leading to Krušedol Monastery. The ride is around 10 km and will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your pace. Be prepared for some uphill sections as you approach the monastery.

• Walking

  If you are feeling adventurous and physically fit, you can walk to Krušedol Monastery. Start from the city center and follow Bulevar Oslobođenja towards the Fruska Gora hills. It is a distance of approximately 10 km and will take around 2 to 2.5 hours. The route will take you through some beautiful scenery, and you can enjoy the tranquility of the area as you head towards the monastery.
