From the center of Novi Sad, head to the main bus station located at Bulevar Oslobođenja 37. Look for bus number 72, which goes directly to the nearby area of Krušedol Monastery. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes. After about a 30-minute ride, get off at the 'Krušedol' stop. From the bus stop, follow the signs towards the monastery, which is about a 10-minute walk uphill along a well-marked path.
