Walking
If you are starting from the city center of Novi Sad, head towards the Danube River. You can begin at the Liberty Square (Trg Slobode) and walk towards the riverfront. Once you reach the river, turn left (north) and walk along the promenade. Continue walking until you see the Petrovaradin Fortress on the opposite side of the river. To cross the river, you can either take a direct path to the Petrovaradin Bridge or use the ferry service that operates between the riverbanks. If you choose the ferry, look for the ferry terminal near the Danube Park. Board the ferry, and it will take you directly to the Petrovaradin side. After disembarking, follow the signs towards the fortress.
