If you are in the central area of Petrovaradin, head towards the Danube River. Walk towards the riverfront until you reach the main road along the river, known as Dunavska. Once you reach the river, turn left and continue walking along the bank. You will see the entrance to the Стари железнички тунел (Old Railway Tunnel) located at the coordinates 45.2516158, 19.8611714. It is situated right next to the river. The walk should take about 15-20 minutes depending on your starting point.
