Korzo park is located along Bulevar Evrope, and you should see it within 15-20 minutes, depending on your starting point in Telep.

From Telep, you can take bus number 5 or 6 towards the city center. Board the bus at any nearby bus stop. You will need to pay a ticket fare, which typically costs around 100 RSD. Stay on the bus for about 10-15 minutes and get off at the stop 'Bulevar Evrope'. From there, walk south along Bulevar Evrope for about 5-10 minutes, and you will arrive at Korzo park.
