If you are driving from Pčinja to Kalemegdan, start by heading northwest on the main road (E75). Continue on this route for approximately 2 hours, following signs for Belgrade. As you approach the city, keep an eye out for signs directing you toward the city center or 'Stari Grad'. Once in the city, use local road signs to navigate towards Kalemegdan, located at 'Kalemegdan bb, 11000 Beograd'. There is parking available near the park, but be aware that there may be parking fees ranging from 100-300 RSD per hour.
Public Transportation
For those using public transport, take a bus from Pčinja to Belgrade. You can catch a local bus from the main bus station in Pčinja to the Belgrade Bus Station (Banjica). The journey will take about 2-3 hours depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the Belgrade Bus Station, you can take tram number 2 or 6 towards 'Kalemegdan'. Get off at the 'Kalemegdan' stop, which is a short walk from the park entrance. The tram fare is around 150 RSD. Ensure you validate your ticket before boarding.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, consider taking a taxi from Pčinja to Kalemegdan. This is a more expensive option, costing approximately 4000-6000 RSD, and the journey will take about 2 hours. Make sure to agree on a fare with the driver beforehand or ensure that the meter is used. Once you arrive, you will be dropped off at the entrance of Kalemegdan.
