If you are traveling by car from Rasina, head northeast on the main road (E75) towards the city of Belgrade. Follow the signs for Belgrade and continue on E75 for approximately 150 km. Once you reach Belgrade, take the exit towards Stari Grad. Continue straight until you reach Kralja Milana Street. The Torture Museum is located at the intersection of Kralja Milana and Resavska Street. Parking may be available nearby, but be aware of any parking fees.

To reach the Torture Museum via public transport, start by taking a bus or train from Rasina to Belgrade. Check the local schedules for the most convenient route. Once you arrive in Belgrade, you can either take a taxi or use the public transportation system (bus or tram). If you choose the tram, take tram line 2 or 7 and disembark at the Kralja Milana stop. The Torture Museum is a short walk from there; head southwest on Kralja Milana Street until you reach the museum. Note that public transport tickets usually cost around 150 RSD.
