If you're traveling by car, start from the city of Novi Sad. Head south on the E75 highway towards Belgrade. After approximately 40 kilometers, take the exit for the A1 motorway, following signs for Senta/Umka. Continue straight until you reach the exit for Kovilovo. Once you exit, follow the signs towards Kovilovo village. The wetlands of Beljarica will be located just a few kilometers from the village center. Make sure to have a GPS or a map handy, as the final stretch may not be well-marked.

To reach Beljarica using public transportation, start at the main bus station in Novi Sad. Look for buses heading to Belgrade and board one. The journey takes around 1 hour. Upon arriving at the Belgrade bus station, transfer to a local bus or taxi heading to Kovilovo. Local buses usually run every 30 minutes, and the fare is approximately 150 RSD. Once in Kovilovo, you can either walk or take a taxi to the wetlands, which are around 3 kilometers away from the village center.

If you prefer convenience, you can take a taxi from Belgrade directly to Beljarica. Taxis are available at the airport, bus stations, and throughout the city. The cost for a taxi ride from Belgrade to Kovilovo should be around 2,000 RSD to 3,000 RSD, depending on traffic and the taxi service used. Ensure to agree on the fare before starting your journey, or ask for the meter to be used.
