If you're traveling by car, start from the town of Kragujevac. Take the route south on the E763 highway (Ibar Highway) towards the town of Vlaški Do. After approximately 30 kilometers, take the exit toward Vlaški Do. Continue on Smederevski put for about 5 kilometers. Winery Despotika is located on the right side at Smederevski put 10, Vlaški Do 11423. Ensure to look out for a sign for the winery, as it is a popular local spot.

To reach Winery Despotika via public transportation, take a bus from Kragujevac to Vlaški Do. Buses run frequently throughout the day and the journey takes about 45 minutes. If you choose to walk, follow Smederevski put heading towards the south and look for the winery on your right.
