If you are traveling by car from Toplica, first head towards the city of Niš. Start by taking the E80 highway heading north. After approximately 30 kilometers, take the exit towards Niš. Continue straight on Bulevar Dr Zorana Đinđića for about 5 kilometers. You will see Skull Tower on your left side. There is parking available nearby, but be sure to check for any parking fees that may apply.

Once you arrive at the Niš bus station, you can either walk or take a taxi. If walking, exit the bus station and head north towards Bulevar Dr Zorana Đinđića. Follow this main road for approximately 2 kilometers until you reach Skull Tower, which will be on your left. A taxi from the bus station to Skull Tower will cost around 300-400 RSD.
