If you're driving from central Toplica, head northwest on the main road towards the highway E70. Continue on this highway for about 2 hours, following signs for Belgrade. Once you reach Belgrade, take the exit toward Bulevar vojvode Bojovića. Follow this boulevard until you reach The Victor, which is located in the park overlooking the confluence of the Sava and Danube rivers. Parking is available nearby but may incur a fee, so be prepared with cash.

To reach The Victor via public transport, start by taking a bus from Toplica to the main bus station in Belgrade. Depending on the service, the trip may take approximately 2 to 3 hours. From the Belgrade bus station, you can take tram number 2 or 11 towards the city center and get off at the 'Ušće' stop.
