From the center of Anse Royale, head southeast on the main road (S E Coast Rd). Walk towards the direction of the nearby local market and follow the road signs indicating the beach areas. Continue walking along S E Coast Rd for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will pass by several small shops and local eateries. Keep an eye out for the small access paths leading to the beaches. Anse Bougainville Beach will be on your left, just after you pass the turn-off to Anse Royale Beach, marked with a small sign. The beach is a short walk down the path from the main road.

If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Anse Royale. Start your ride heading southeast on S E Coast Rd. The route is similar to walking; you will pass the local market and several shops. The distance is around 1.5 kilometers, so it's a pleasant ride. Look for paths leading to the beach on your left after passing Anse Royale Beach. There is a designated path that leads directly to Anse Bougainville Beach.
