Walking
If you are starting from the Baie Lazare Beach area, head west along the coastline. Follow the path that runs parallel to the beach. Enjoy the beautiful views as you walk. After about 15 minutes, you will reach the junction where the main road intersects with the path. Turn left onto the main road (Route de la Saline). Continue walking for approximately 10 minutes, and you will see signs for the Giant Tortoise Enclosure on your right. Follow the signs until you reach the entrance.
Public Bus
From Baie Lazare, walk to the nearest bus stop located near the main road (Route de la Saline). Take the bus that goes towards Anse Royale. The ride should take about 10 minutes. You will want to get off at the stop closest to the Giant Tortoise Enclosure. After disembarking, walk back along the road for about 5 minutes until you see the entrance to the enclosure on your left.
Bicycle
If you have a bicycle, start from the Baie Lazare Beach area and cycle west along the beach path. After about 15 minutes, you will reach the main road (Route de la Saline). Turn left and continue cycling for another 10 minutes. Look for the signs directing you to the Giant Tortoise Enclosure on your right. It is a short ride from there to the entrance.
