Walking
From the center of Baie Lazare, head north on the main road towards the beach. Continue straight until you reach the intersection at the end of the road. Turn left at the intersection and follow the road until it merges into the coastal road. Keep walking along the coast, enjoying the views of the ocean. After approximately 30 minutes of walking, you will arrive at the junction where you can see signs for Victoria. Follow the signs for Victoria and continue walking for another 20 minutes. As you approach Victoria, you will see the Pierre Poivre Statue located in the Pier Ward area. The statue should be visible from the main road.

From Baie Lazare, walk to the nearest bus stop along the main road. Catch a local bus heading towards Victoria. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. While on the bus, listen for announcements or ask the driver to let you know when to get off at Victoria. Once you arrive in Victoria, disembark and head towards the Pier Ward area. You should be able to find the Pierre Poivre Statue within a short walking distance from the bus station, as it is a prominent landmark.
