Car Rental
If you have rented a car while on Curieuse Island, start by ensuring you are on the main road leading from the ferry docking point. Follow the signs towards Anse Louis, which is located on the west coast of the island. The drive will take approximately 30 minutes. Keep an eye out for the signs directing you to Anse Louis Beach, as the turn-off can be easy to miss. Once you approach the beach area, you will find parking available near the entrance.
Public Transportation
To reach Anse Louis via public transportation, first make your way to the nearest bus stop located near the Curieuse Island ferry dock. Board the public transport bus that is heading towards the west coast of the island. Inform the driver you wish to get off at Anse Louis. The journey should take around 30 to 40 minutes, depending on stops. Please note that bus schedules may vary, so it’s advisable to check the timetable in advance. There might be a small fare for the bus ride, typically around 10-20 SCR (Seychellois Rupee).
Walking
