Local know-how to help you travel smarter and make the most of every moment.
Walking
From any location in Felicite Island, start by heading towards the main road that circles the island. Follow the road until you reach the ferry terminal located on the eastern side of the island. This is where you can catch a ferry to La Digue Island, which is the nearest island to the Seychelles letters location.
Ferry
Once you arrive at the ferry terminal, purchase your ticket to La Digue. The ferry ride takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Keep your ticket handy, as it will be checked during the journey.
Walking
Upon arriving at La Digue, disembark and walk towards the main road. Continue straight until you reach the village of La Passe. From La Passe, you can either walk or take a bicycle (available for rent) to the main post office in the village.
Bicycle Rental
If you choose to rent a bicycle, look for rental shops near the ferry terminal. Prices vary but expect to pay around 100 SCR for a full day. After renting your bike, cycle towards the direction of the post office, which is located at PO Box, 157 Independence Ave, within the Pier Ward area.
Walking
Once you arrive at the post office, look for the Seychelles letters. The post office is located at the heart of La Passe, making it easily accessible. Take your time to explore the area and enjoy the beautiful surroundings while you are there.
