If you are using public transportation, take a bus from Île Anonyme heading towards Anse Royale. The bus fare is approximately 15 SCR. Inform the bus driver that you want to get off at the stop for E Coast Rd. Once you get off, walk along E Coast Rd for about 5 minutes, and you will find La Plaine St. Andre on your right.
