From any location in Île de l'Est, head towards the main road (Route 2). Follow the signs for 'Fregate'. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you reach the harbor area, park your car in one of the designated parking spots before continuing. Note that there may be a parking fee of approximately SCR 50. From the parking area, you will need to take a boat to Fregate Island, which is the only way to access the island.

Public Transportation
You can take a local bus from any area in Île de l'Est to the main bus terminal in Victoria. From Victoria, you will need to take a taxi or another bus to the harbor where boats to Fregate Island depart. The bus fare from Île de l'Est to Victoria is about SCR 20, and the taxi fare from Victoria to the harbor is approximately SCR 100. Once at the harbor, purchase a ticket for the boat to Fregate Island, which will cost around SCR 120 one way. The boat ride will take approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

Once you arrive at the harbor, locate the ticket booth for boats heading to Fregate Island. Ensure you purchase your ticket in advance, especially during peak tourist seasons.
