Walking
From the main jetty of La Digue, head straight along the main road (L'Union Road) towards the center of the island. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction at the L'Union estate. Here, you will see a sign indicating the direction to Anse Source d'Argent. Turn left onto the dirt road leading towards the entrance of L'Union Estate. Follow the path through the estate, where you will pass by traditional plantation buildings and lush vegetation. After paying the entrance fee, continue on the marked trail that will lead you through the estate towards the beach. The walk will take approximately 15-20 minutes, and you will finally arrive at the stunning Anse Source d'Argent, renowned for its crystal-clear waters and unique granite boulders.
Bicycle
If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bicycle from various rental shops near the main jetty. Once you have your bike, set off along the main L'Union Road. Cycle approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the L'Union estate junction. Turn left onto the dirt road leading to L'Union Estate. The road is mostly flat and easy to navigate. After entering the estate and paying the entrance fee, continue cycling along the designated paths that lead you to Anse Source d'Argent. The total cycling time will take around 10-15 minutes, and you will be rewarded with breathtaking views upon your arrival.
