If you are in the heart of Port Glaud, start at the local market. Head southwest on the main road, which is also known as the Port Glaud Road (sometimes referred to as the Coastal Road). Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Diversion Road. At this point, you should see signs pointing towards the Bicentenary Monument. Turn left onto Diversion Road and walk for approximately 500 meters. The monument will be on your right side.

From your location in Port Glaud, find the nearest bus stop along Port Glaud Road. Take a bus heading towards Victoria, and ask the driver to let you know when to get off for Diversion Road. Once you get off, walk back towards the intersection and turn onto Diversion Road. The Bicentenary Monument will be a short 500-meter walk down that road on your right.
