Walking
Start from the center of Port Glaud, near the main bus stop. Head east on the main road, following the signs towards Anse Royale. You'll walk along a scenic path, surrounded by lush greenery and occasional views of the ocean. After about 30 minutes of walking, keep an eye out for a sign that directs you to Jardin du Roi Spice Garden on your right. Follow the pathway that leads up into the garden, which is well-marked. The entrance is easily identifiable, and you’ll be greeted by the aroma of various spices.

Public Transport
From Port Glaud, walk to the nearest bus stop and catch a bus heading towards Anse Royale. The ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Inform the driver that you are going to Jardin du Roi Spice Garden, and they will let you know when to get off. After disembarking, walk back about 100 meters along the road, and you'll find the entrance to the garden on your left. The walk from the bus stop to the garden is about 5 minutes.
