Getting There

  • Ferry and Bus

    From Praslin, take a ferry from the Praslin Jetty to Victoria on Mahé. The ferry ride takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Victoria Jetty, you can catch a local bus heading towards the city center. Look for the bus stops near the jetty where buses frequently depart. Get off at the stop closest to the Botanical Gardens, which is located on Sans Soucis Rd. From there, it’s a short walk to the entrance of Victoria Botanical Gardens.

  • Walking from Victoria Jetty

    If you prefer walking from the Victoria Jetty, exit the jetty area and head towards the main road, Rue de l'Indépendance. Walk straight, passing by the local shops and market. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Sans Soucis Rd. Turn left onto Sans Soucis Rd, and the Victoria Botanical Gardens will be on your right after a few minutes’ walk.
