Getting There

Walking
Start at the Victoria Clocktower, a well-known landmark in the center of Victoria. From the Clocktower, head south on the main road, Avenue de L'Indépendance, towards the Seychelles Tourism Board office. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the bus station. Here, you can catch a local bus to 'Bel Ombre'. Buses operate frequently, so you shouldn't have to wait long. Once on the bus, enjoy the scenic ride for approximately 30 minutes. After getting off at Bel Ombre, follow the signs towards the beach area. It will be a short walk of about 10 minutes towards the coast. You will find signs leading you to National Reserve Beach.

Bicycle
If you prefer to cycle, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Victoria. Start at the Victoria Clocktower and cycle down Avenue de L'Indépendance towards the bus station. After passing the bus station, take the route towards Bel Ombre. The bike ride will take you around 30 to 40 minutes, depending on your speed. Once you arrive in Bel Ombre, follow the coastal road signs towards the beach. The final stretch will involve cycling on a road leading directly to National Reserve Beach.

For a unique experience, you can take a boat trip from Victoria to National Reserve Beach. Head to the Victoria harbor and look for local operators offering boat rides to nearby beaches. The boat ride can take around 20 to 30 minutes, providing you with beautiful views of the coastline. Make sure to confirm the schedule and availability with the operators at the harbor.
