From the center of Victoria, head towards the Victoria Market. Walk down Market Street and continue straight until you reach the bus terminal at the end of the street. Here, you can catch a bus to Port Glaud. Look for buses that are heading towards the west coast, specifically those labeled 'Port Glaud'. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes.
