Starting from the Victoria Clock Tower, head southwest on Rue De La Liberte towards the Sir Selwyn Selwyn-Clarke Market. Continue straight until you reach the market. Once there, exit the market and take a right onto the main road (Lungos Road). Walk along Lungos Road for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with the road leading to La Misere. At this point, you will notice signs directing you towards Mirante La Misere. Follow the signs and proceed up the hill. The walk may be steep, so take your time. After around 30 minutes of walking uphill, you will arrive at Mirante La Misere, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding area.
Bus
From the Victoria Bus Station near the Clock Tower, take a bus heading towards La Misere. Look for buses that are marked for La Misere or inquire with the local drivers for confirmation. The bus ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. Ask the driver to drop you off at the closest stop to Mirante La Misere. Once you alight, follow any signs or local directions towards the observation deck, which may require a short walk uphill.
