Starting from the central market of Victoria, head south on Market Street towards the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rue de l'Indépendance. Continue straight until you reach the next roundabout. From there, take the first exit onto Laurier Avenue. Keep walking for about 300 meters, and you will find the Orion Mall on your left. Enter the mall and take the escalator to the second floor. The Seychelles Parks and Gardens Authority (SPGA) is located in Unit 5C – 8C on the second floor of the Orion Mall.

If you are near the Victoria Clock Tower, start there and walk down towards the main road, taking a left onto Rue de l'Indépendance. Follow Rue de l'Indépendance straight until you reach the first roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Laurier Avenue. Walk for about 300 meters, and the Orion Mall will appear on your left. Once inside the mall, go to the second floor where you will find Seychelles Parks and Gardens Authority (SPGA) in Unit 5C – 8C.
