If you are driving from the center of Ang Mo Kio, head north on Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3. Continue straight until you reach Yishun Avenue 1. Turn left onto Yishun Avenue 1 and continue driving until you see the ORTO complex on your right. Enter the complex and follow the signs to 81 Lor Chencharu, where the Live Turtle Museum is located at #01-16. Parking is available at ORTO, and fees may apply.

From Ang Mo Kio MRT Station, take Bus 76 or Bus 167 from the bus interchange. Alight at the bus stop opposite Yishun MRT Station (Bus Stop ID: 57029). From there, you can either walk (approximately 20 minutes) or take a taxi to ORTO. If you choose to walk, head northeast towards Yishun Avenue 1 and follow the road until you reach the entrance of ORTO. The Live Turtle Museum is located at 81 Lor Chencharu, #01-16 inside ORTO.
