Walking
If you're starting from Bugis MRT Station, exit the station and head towards Victoria Street. Walk straight along Victoria Street until you reach the intersection with Middle Road. Turn right onto Middle Road and continue walking until you reach the junction with North Bridge Road. Cross North Bridge Road and continue walking straight until you reach the Singapore River. Boat Quay will be directly in front of you, along Bonham Street. The scenic waterfront will be your destination.

If you are at Bugis Junction, exit the mall and head towards Bugis MRT Station. From the station, take the same route as mentioned above: walk towards Victoria Street, follow it to Middle Road, turn right, and then proceed to North Bridge Road and finally to Boat Quay along Bonham Street.
