From Bugis MRT Station, take Exit C and walk towards Bugis Junction. Once you are at the junction, head north on Victoria Street towards Middle Road. Get off at the 'Bukit Serene' bus stop. From there, it's a short walk to Jalan Straits View where the palace is located.
