Start from Bugis MRT Station. Exit the station and head towards Victoria Street. Turn left onto Victoria Street and continue walking straight. You will pass by the Bugis Junction shopping mall on your right. Continue walking until you reach the junction with Middle Road. At this junction, turn right onto Middle Road and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Penang Road. Turn left onto Penang Road. Keep walking until you see Emerald Hill on your right. It is a small and charming street, known for its preserved heritage houses.
Bus
From Bugis MRT Station, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located at Bugis Junction. Take bus number 7 or 143. Ride for about 4 stops and get off at the stop called 'Penang Lane'. Once you get off, walk up Penang Lane; you will find Emerald Hill at the end of the lane on your left. The beautiful heritage houses will be in view.
