Walking
From Bugis MRT Station, exit the station and head towards the Bugis Junction shopping mall. Once outside, turn left and walk along Victoria Street until you reach the junction with Rochor Road. Cross Rochor Road towards Liang Seah Street. Continue straight until you reach the traffic light at the junction with Beach Road. Cross Beach Road and continue walking straight until you reach the next intersection with Kallang Road. Take a left at Kallang Road and walk straight until you reach Aljunied MRT Station. From there, you can take the East West Line towards Pasir Ris and alight at Hougang MRT Station. Once you exit Hougang MRT Station, head northwest on Hougang Avenue 10. Punggol Park will be on your left.

From Bugis MRT Station, walk to the bus stop located at Victoria Street, opposite Bugis Junction. Board bus number 67 or 80. Stay on the bus for approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic, and alight at the bus stop located at Hougang Ave 10. From the bus stop, walk for about 5 minutes in the same direction, and you will reach Punggol Park.
