Walking
If you are in Bugis MRT Station, start by taking Exit B. Once you exit, head towards the direction of the Bugis Junction shopping mall. Walk straight for about 5 minutes until you reach Victoria Street. At Victoria Street, turn left and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Arab Street. Cross the road and continue straight onto Jalan Besar. After about 10 minutes, you will see the Thian Hock Keng Temple on your right at 158 Telok Ayer St.
Walking
From the Bugis+ shopping mall, exit towards Bugis Junction and walk through the mall towards the Bugis MRT Station. Once you are outside, head towards the left side of the junction, merging onto Victoria Street. Walk straight for approximately 15 minutes, passing by the Sultan Mosque on your left. Continue straight, and you will eventually arrive at Thian Hock Keng Temple located at 158 Telok Ayer St.
Public Transport (Bus)
From Bugis MRT Station, you can take Bus 7 or 67. Board the bus at the bus stop located just outside the station. After about 3-4 stops (approximately 10 minutes), get off at the stop named 'Telok Ayer St'. Once you get off, walk about 5 minutes towards 158 Telok Ayer St, where you will find Thian Hock Keng Temple.
