    From Bugis Junction, exit the mall and head towards Bugis MRT Station, which is located just next to the shopping center. Once at Bugis MRT Station, take Exit A towards Victoria Street. Follow Victoria Street until you reach the junction with North Bridge Road. Turn left onto North Bridge Road, and continue walking straight for about 300 meters. You will see City Hall at 150 North Bridge Road on your right.

    Public Transport

    From Bugis MRT Station (EW12/DT14), board the Downtown Line (Blue Line) heading towards Bukit Panjang. Alight at the next stop, which is City Hall MRT Station (EW13/NS25). After exiting the train, follow the signs to Exit B for North Bridge Road. When you exit, you will be right at City Hall, located at 150 North Bridge Road.

    If you are at the National Library Building located on Victoria Street, exit facing the main road. Turn left and walk along Victoria Street for about 400 meters. At the junction where Victoria Street meets North Bridge Road, turn right onto North Bridge Road.
