Walking
If you are in Bugis, head towards Bugis Street. Walk along Victoria Street until you reach the intersection with Bencoolen Street. Turn right onto Bencoolen Street and continue until you reach the junction with St Andrew's Road. At this point, turn left onto St Andrew's Road. Continue walking straight for about 600 meters, and you will see Former City Hall at 3 St Andrew's Road on your right, next to the National Gallery Singapore.

From Bugis MRT station, exit the station and follow the signs to the Bugis Junction shopping mall. Once outside the mall, head towards Victoria Street. Walk along Victoria Street until you reach the intersection with Bencoolen Street. Turn right onto Bencoolen Street and proceed until you reach St Andrew's Road. Turn left onto St Andrew's Road and walk straight for about 600 meters to reach Former City Hall, located at 3 St Andrew's Road.

From Bugis, walk to the nearest bus stop at Bugis Junction. Take bus number 7 or 61. Get off at the stop named 'National Gallery'. From there, walk towards St Andrew's Road, and you will find Former City Hall at 3 St Andrew's Road, just a short walk away.
