If you are in Bugis, head towards Bugis Street. Walk along Victoria Street until you reach the intersection with Bencoolen Street. Turn right onto Bencoolen Street and continue until you reach the junction with St Andrew's Road. At this point, turn left onto St Andrew's Road. Continue walking straight for about 600 meters, and you will see Former City Hall at 3 St Andrew's Road on your right, next to the National Gallery Singapore.
