Walking
From the Bugis MRT Station, take the exit towards Bugis Junction. Once you are outside, head southeast towards Victoria Street. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Rochor Road. Cross Rochor Road and continue walking straight until you reach the traffic light at Jalan Sultan. Cross Jalan Sultan and continue straight to Upper Weld Road. Turn right onto Upper Weld Road and walk until you reach the Tiong Bahru MRT Station. From there, exit the station and head southeast on Tiong Bahru Road. Continue straight until you reach Guan Chuan Street. Turn left onto Guan Chuan Street, and you will find the Tiong Bahru Air Raid Shelter at Block 78.

From Bugis MRT Station, board the East West Line (EWL) train heading towards Pasir Ris. Alight at Tiong Bahru MRT Station. Once you exit the station, head southeast on Tiong Bahru Road. Continue walking straight until you reach Guan Chuan Street. Turn left onto Guan Chuan Street, and you will find the Tiong Bahru Air Raid Shelter at Block 78.

If you are near the Bugis+ Mall, exit the mall and walk towards the direction of the Bugis Junction. From Bugis Junction, walk along Victoria Street towards Rochor Road. Cross Rochor Road and continue straight to Upper Weld Road. Turn right at Upper Weld Road and walk straight until you reach the Tiong Bahru MRT Station. Once at the station, head southeast on Tiong Bahru Road, then turn left onto Guan Chuan Street. The Tiong Bahru Air Raid Shelter will be located at Block 78.
