Follow the signs to Esplanade Park Tunnel, which is located at Queen Elizabeth Walk, close to the Esplanade Theatre. Parking may be available at nearby car parks, such as at the Esplanade or Marina Square, which may incur parking fees.

To reach Esplanade Park Tunnel by public transport, start at Bukit Batok MRT Station (NS2 on the North-South Line). Board the train heading towards Marina South Pier. Travel for 9 stops and alight at Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station (NS24/NE6/CC1). From Dhoby Ghaut, transfer to the North East Line (NE6) and board a train heading towards Punggol. Alight at Clarke Quay MRT Station (NE5). From Clarke Quay, exit the station and walk towards the Singapore River, following the signs for Riverside.
