From Jurong East, transfer to the North-South Line (NSL) and head towards Marina South Pier. Alight at Orchard MRT Station. From Orchard MRT Station, take Exit A to Orchard Road. Walk along Orchard Road, keeping to the left side until you reach Penang Road. Continue walking straight until you see the entrance to Istana Park on your left.

    Start from Bukit Batok and head east on Bukit Batok Road. Merge onto the PIE Expressway towards Changi Airport. Take Exit 17 towards Bukit Timah Road. Continue on Bukit Timah Road and follow signs for Orchard Road. Once you reach Orchard Road, look for parking options nearby (consider Orchard Gateway or Orchard Central parking facilities). After parking, walk along Orchard Road towards Penang Road. Istana Park will be on your left at the intersection.
