If you are driving from Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, head east on Bukit Timah Road. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Dunearn Road. Turn left onto Dunearn Road, then take a right onto Adam Road. Follow Adam Road until you reach Bukit Timah Road again. Continue on Bukit Timah Road until you reach the junction with Orchard Road. Merge onto Orchard Road and continue until you reach the junction with River Valley Road. Turn left onto River Valley Road, and then take a right onto Phillip Street. The Yueh Hai Ching Temple will be located on your left at 30B Phillip St. Parking may be available nearby.

To reach Yueh Hai Ching Temple via public transport, start by walking to the nearest bus stop on Bukit Timah Road. Take bus number 67 or 170 and ride until you reach the stop at Orchard Road. From there, transfer to the MRT at Orchard Station (NS22). Take the North-South Line heading towards Marina South Pier and alight at Raffles Place Station (NS26/EW14). Exit the station and head towards Phillip Street. Walk straight for about 5 minutes, and you will find Yueh Hai Ching Temple at 30B Phillip St on your left.
