From Bukit Timah, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located at the junction of Upper Bukit Timah Road and Jalan Jurong Kechil. Take Bus 61 or 67 and alight at the bus stop at Beauty World MRT Station. From there, walk to the MRT station and take the Downtown Line towards Expo. Alight at Chinatown MRT Station (DT19). Exit the station via Exit A. Walk straight along Pagoda Street until you reach Banda Street. Kreta Ayer Square will be just a short walk ahead.

From Bukit Timah, walk to the nearest MRT station, which is Beauty World MRT Station on the Downtown Line. Take the train towards Expo and alight at Chinatown MRT Station (DT19). After exiting the station via Exit A, walk straight along Pagoda Street. Continue until you reach Banda Street, where Kreta Ayer Square is located.

From the central Bukit Timah area, head towards Upper Bukit Timah Road and follow it down until you reach the junction with Jalan Jurong Kechil.
