If you are driving from any location in Central Region, Singapore, head towards the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE). Follow the signs for AYE and merge onto it. Continue on AYE until you reach the junction with the Tuas Second Link. Take the Tuas Second Link exit and follow the signs leading to Johor Bahru, Malaysia. After crossing the border, follow the signs for Iskandar Puteri. The landmark signboard is located at 79100 Iskandar Puteri, Johor, Malaysia. Please note that you may need to pay a toll at the border crossing, so have some Malaysian Ringgit or a Touch 'n Go card ready.

To reach the Iskandar Puteri Landmark Signboard using public transportation, start by taking the MRT to Jurong East MRT Station (EW24/NS1). From Jurong East, transfer to bus service 160 or 160A. These buses will take you to the Queen Street Terminal. From there, take a cross-border bus to Larkin Sentral in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Once at Larkin Sentral, you can catch a local bus or taxi to Iskandar Puteri. The signboard is located at 79100 Iskandar Puteri, Johor, Malaysia.
