Parking is limited, so look for nearby parking lots such as the Chinatown Complex or in the surrounding streets. Once parked, walk along Telok Ayer Street towards number 158, and you will find the Thian Hock Keng Temple on your left.

Take the MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) to the Chinatown Station on the Downtown Line (Blue Line). After alighting, take Exit A which will lead you towards Pagoda Street. Walk straight until you reach the junction with Telok Ayer Street. Turn right and walk down Telok Ayer Street until you reach number 158, where Thian Hock Keng Temple is located. The MRT fare will typically range from SGD 1.50 to SGD 2.00 depending on your starting location.

If you prefer to take the bus, you can board Bus 61, 75, 100, or 166, which all have stops near Chinatown. Alight at the bus stop at Telok Ayer Street. From there, it's a short walk to number 158. Simply head down Telok Ayer Street and look for the temple on your left. The bus fare is about SGD 1.50 for adults using an EZ-Link card.
