If you are using public transportation, take the East West Line (EWL) on the MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) system and alight at Changi Airport Station. From the station, follow the signs to Terminal 1. You will find yourself at the basement level of the terminal. Proceed to the Arrival Hall and take the escalators or lifts to the rooftop garden level. The Cactus Garden will be clearly marked from there.
